FourLeaf Federal Credit UnionReviews of fourleaffcu.com

Been a member for many years. Have nothing but positive feedback for any / all team members of Four Leaf. I would like to specifically state Kurt Bogdahn and his team over at the Farmingdale Branch are amazing and continued to go above and beyond with my most recent Auto Loan and Refi of an existing Auto Loan.

Well done meeting.

Great service and respect. Highly recommend Brandon at the Levittown branch. Very respectful and courteous and spends the effort to complete any requests made from clients and customers.

Had to stop in to the Bethpage branch to open a new account and update some personal information. I had quite a few things I needed to get done and Gail did an excellent job! She was courteous, efficient, and an excellent representative of Four Leaf!

Amy and Will know their job and are at ease and informed. Training is obviously a priority and every interaction I have had has been positive.

Had an appointment at the Riverhead, NY branch on 3/14/26 and met with Kelly A. (acct representative) & assisted by Kelly M. (Asst. Manager), and both were amazing! My family had a large number of transactions to do like opening & closing several accounts, setting up trust accounts, IRA distributions, adding POA & beneficiary. They were incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Both made the entire process smooth and stress free. We all felt they went above and beyond to make it a good experience, and their customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend visiting this branch.

The representative Keisha Cole was very professional and helpful in making the application process as smooth as possible. I look forward to banking with Four Leaf and I hope to have a better experience with them. Thank You Keisha!

GISELE GAVE ME THE ATTENTION WITH THE ISSUE I CREATED WITH MY ACCOUNT. SHE HAD THE EMPATHY & PATIENCE TO UNDERSTAND I NEEDED SOME HELP SPEAKING TO THE CREDIT CARD DEPT. SHE FOUND SOMETHING THAT I ALSO ASKED LAST YEAR ABOUT, AND I WAS BRUSHED OFF. I REALLY LIKE FOUR LEAF, EVEN WHEN I FIRST CAME IN AND SAT WITH CHRISTIAN JACKSON TO OPEN MY ACCOUNTS 2 YEARS AGO. I HOPE HE HAS MOVED ON WELL. I AM SURE GISELE WILL DO THE SAME. WHATEVER NAME THE CREDIT UNION IS UNDER, I KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE. I HOPE THAT FOUR LEAF HAS & WILL RECOGNIZE THE POTENTIAL IN GISELE & CHRISTIAN. YOU HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE MANAGER/EXECUTIVE MATERIAL. I LIKED HER MORE THAN HER SUPERVISOR.....JUST BEING HONEST. :-D. GISELE (MUCH LIKE CHRISTIAN) WAS OPEN TO BE OF SERVICE & REPRESENT THE CREDIT UNION. THANK YOU.
