Consistent extraordinary service!
I have weekly banking needs that provide me the opportunity to frequently interact with the Westbury staff...my experience is consistently extraordinary! The team members are responsive, provide excellent service, always inquire if there is anything else they can do to be helpful and are an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend and appreciate this team and their exemplary service, attitude and professionalism!

Really personable and friendly staff
Really personable and friendly staff, in particular the manager Pedro was the kindest and extremely helpful opening up a new account and getting my auto loan established. He was very compassionate and walked me through the whole process in a very comprehensible way.

Have been using this branch for years…
Have been using this branch for years and never have had a problem. Customer service is great but especially Toniann. She’s such a big help and is always so friendly.
