Farmingdale branch is very good
Very good experience dealing with the Farmingdale branch where Karen set up my account and assisted me with documentation to follow up on my refinance loan. I already had the approval and she processed all the necessary papers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was greeted with a hello and a smile as I entered the branch office. I didn't have a long wait before I was taking care of my personal business. My experience was with a staffer with a great attitude. Thank you, Baldwin branch staff.

I use the North Babylon branch and and…
I use the North Babylon branch and and Nydia Ferrer assistant manager is always helpful and gives the highest level of service. She is always friendly and makes sure all of my questions are answered.

Trust Account problems
I have a very complicated trust account for my parents that I am trying to resolve. I went into the Centereach branch and was assisted by Richard Olsen. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help me after other representatives at another branch had dropped the ball. I look forward to continued interactions with him to resolve my issues.

I walked into Bethpage and inquired about their CD rates and departed 15 mins later thrilled and fully impressed by Client Rep. knowledge and patience. I would definitely recommend stopping by and chatting with Delmy.

I always have a positive experience at the bethpage branches. The customer service folks are nice and helpful. I like that I can get cash with no fees at 7-11s.
