All contacts from 3/25/25 t0 4/8/25 with Four Leaf on our HELOC application were extremely professional - very friendly and courteous , willing to go out of the way to assist in clarifying issues and assisting in helping us to get through the approval process, very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable about the product !!!! One of the best experiences every in completing and securing a financial product of any type. Anthony, Lorraine and Ariadna are true professionals which we feel are truly outstanding Four Leaf employees.Highly recommend !!!!

Amy was very professional amd informative. She took the time to explain our options and gave us the needed information to make the corect choices. She has a very nice manner and was a pleasure to work with.

I went to the Roosevelt location twice yesterday. Alicia helped me open up a new bank account and she was more than helpful. She had answers for all my questions and she was very enjoyable to be around . When I got home, I realized I needed a certified check. They were closing in 9 minutes and the bank is a 3 minute drive from my house. I got there 4 minutes before closing and the young lady up front (I didn’t get a chance to see her name) was also very helpful and charismatic. Both of them made my overall experience amazing, 5 stars.

I find the bethpage credit union in Mineola is the best bank around all transactions are done quickly.

The representative was friendly polite and knowledgeable.
