I was having a difficult time getting…

Simple - my sales have increased significantly.

My Amazon account ended up with a lower net profit than before using FountainheadME
UPDATED: After letting FountainheadME optimize my Amazon business for 60 days, I actually had a lower net profit than before using them (not even calculating their fees). I will say that they seem to know what they're doing when it comes to marketing, however they seem to be lacking when it comes to fine tuning and optimizing an Amazon account. My Amazon PPC campaigns were averaging 20% ACos before hiring them and now I'm left with two campaigns, they created, averaging 126% and 56% ACos. My conversion rate on my product page also dropped after they made changes. I will say that the update they did appeared better than the previous version, however something wasn't performing better and a A/B split test should have been done to find out more. In conclusion, I believe FountainheadME would be a good fit for less optimized Amazon accounts, but not accounts who have already optimized listings and want to fine tune even more. I'm now left with having to go back and redo much of the work I've done just to get back to the same profitable level as before. Note: The reason I used 60 days for analyzing performance, was due to a statement they made on their website saying 100% of their Amazon clients made a profit in 60 days.

3rd time's a charm!
Offloading the management of my e-commerce sounded great, but after burning time and money with two other management companies I was about ready to just hire someone internally that could actually understand our business....I'm glad I didn't. The guys at fountainhead sounded different from the gate and really know their stuff. I'd give them an A for results and a B or B- for responsiveness to support issues.
