With over 10 years in business, we recognized we had a major miss in our Amazon sales. We are more Google people and honestly fumbled with Amazon translation for UX to best practices. Knowing we had a miss, we went looking for a partner. We reviewed over 12 proposals from agencies from NY to CA and FME stood out as a clear winner right off the bat. With clear and concise SOW and communication, we knew what we were signing up for and they have followed through so far. Cameron is a real pro and we are lucky to have him on the account. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job setting our expectations properly from the first call. He created a solid plan with achievable benchmarks for us while minimizing the work on our end. Our weekly conversations are full of insight. But at the end of the day results are everything. At the time this review was written (Roughly 9 weeks into the engagement) we are 696% over prior year and growing. We will update the review once we get past Phase 2 of their process.
