This rating system is flawed as in terms of follow up by the account manager, Spero deserves a 4 or 5 stars Quite disappointed in regards to tasks which are taking too long, do not get followed up with the attention they deserve

I came across FountainheadME (FME) on accident, I was looking for a photographer and stumbled upon a pot-of-gold; a full service team that would make managing my Amazon presence seamless. I could not be happier with my team at FME; from the initial welcome email and phone call by Camron, the welcome to the team conference call by Jonathan and the assistance from my account management by rockstar Tara. (Tara- YOU ROCK!) If you are on the fence, FME it is well worth the investment.

Good overall experience, results mixed
We've enjoyed our experience working with fountainhead. They have provided some very useful services and helped navigate some problems that have come up with Amazon. We have not yet seen the increase in sales we had hoped would accompany our partnership and justify the added expense, but not all elements of our improved listings have been deployed.

Fountainhead has a very experienced…
Fountainhead has a very experienced team that has found inefficiencies in our website, fixed them, and improved our website conversions dramatically. We wouldn't have been able to get these changes done ourselves and didn't really know that they needed to be done, but as soon as Fountainhead fixed these issues our sales more than doubled and return on ad spend improved. Fountainhead pays for themselves many times over because we were wasting our advertising dollars for so long before. I really appreciate the regularly scheduled meetings with the whole team to really dive in and see how things are progressing and where additional changes need to be made.
