Fountain was the best decision I could of made for my low testosterone,They have been very helpful with every one of my questions and concerns and there text platform is seamless.I highly recommend giving them a try ,you will not be disappointed

Dr. Stember did everything he said he would do. He paid for my blood test at a local lab near me, he reviewed it and we met over telehealth. He could have made up a diagnosis and sold me testosterone but he he didn't. My tests showed I have a healthy testosterone level for my age. I'm 69. In fact he made my day. By my age most men already have low-t. Thank you doctor for your honesty and candor.

I explored several HRT/TRT providers before commuting to Fountain. I made the right decision! Most providers do not disclose all of the fees associated with treatment and appear to be “cheaper” on the surface, I found that to be false! The Fountain staff is amazing, and my experience has been 100% positive. My results are very noticeable, I feel better at 42 then I did at 22!

Truly an amazing service. With it being virtual I have more access to assistance than I have ever had with a doctor’s office. Dr. Doran is amazing, he is easy to talk to and is clearly there to help you reach your goals. Same as the other one star review!! BEWARE! I am a disabled veteran who was talked into the 10.5 week program and paid $400 plus $140 blood draw to recieve ONE 5ml vial!! ALL other TRT websites send a 10ml vial monthly. He definatley thought I wouldn't know I was being ripped off. Ripping off veterans(which he knew) he clearly thought I was an idiot and wouldn't research ALL other TRT websites are $90-$125 a 10ml vial, let alone a small 5ml vial for QUADRUPLE THE PRICE! He made the dosage .25 twice a week so he wouldn't get in trouble with medical watchdog reporting. GREEDY. Military times news and every other place I can find will know if I don't hear from them and get ny money back or right amount! PISSED!

Hey - this is the Fountain team, and we'd like to clear up a few things here. Before we get to that, though, we want to point out that we always appreciate feedback from members, whether it’s positive or negative, as long as it’s constructive. We know there are many ways we can improve, and we're working on that every day. With that said we want to point out a few things that are inaccurate here. First, in regards to our pricing, this is actually an area that's extremely straightforward with Fountain and something that sets us apart from the competition (in an industry that's notorious for hidden fees, upsells, and "fine print.") At Fountain, we only offer all-inclusive pricing. That's means $199 a month covers 100% of everything you need: doctors visits, labs, medication, shipping, texting support...everything is included for one monthly fee that never changes. (Even if your medication dose changes.) This is a key point: even if a member's dose increases and it costs us more money, the member pays the same amount. That means we eat the cost of higher medication fees. Why? Because we think the most important factor is the health and happiness of our members and we would never want money to get in the way of someone getting the correct, personalized treatment plan for them. That's why the truth is that profit has no bearing on what our members are prescribed or what treatment plans they are offered. (Some members choose to pay $399 every 10 weeks instead of monthly which gives them a discount, but everything stated above applies to them as well.) With all of that said, we know there are other options for TRT and the reality is that different options will be right for different people. For instance, there are other TRT clinics that may have lower prices than Fountain. This isn't a secret, it's just a demonstration of the different calibers of service you can get. With Fountain, we're building the premium option. We're not trying to be the cheapest, we want to offer the highest level of service, care, and offer a more specialized experience for men who want the best. We believe that with something as important as your hormone health, you should choose the best option...not necessarily the cheapest one. That's why we offer 24/7 direct texting access, so our members can always reach us right from their phone. That's why we offer concierge at-home lab collection (we're one of the only TRT memberships to offer this, and we believe the *only* one to offer it at no extra cost to our members). And that's why we're investing all of our revenue back into improving the experience for Fountain members. Started the process in early 2022. Doran advised me to start out on the cream and go from there. I wanted quick results but understood the reasoning. We gradually went up to injections and then increased the dose until we achieved success! Lab tests along the way to track the levels. Phone consultations were convenient and informative. I'm extremely happy with the results and so is my wife! You can trust Fountain TRT.
