Got my labs done with little hassle. I go to schedule the initial doctor's visit. They don't have anything for more than a week. Pretty dumb but whatever. It's now the day of the appointment a week and some days later. I get a text 40 min before my appointment saying the provider cancelled. I go to reschedule and the only appointments they have are another week out. You guys are so stupid. You really can't find providers to take more appointments than that? The fact that you guys can get your shit together tells me I shouldn't trust you at all. Sucks. Cancelled everything getting a full refund. Go anywhere else besides here. Maybe go to an actual doctor instead of this bullshit. Glad they showed their true colors before it was too late.

Last-minute schedule changes are very frustrating. We want patients to get an appointment as soon as possible. We have backup providers who can usually help get a canceled visit rescheduled within a day or two, though that isn’t guaranteed.

They do not have a very good process of contacting them, asking questions, getting your mailing, billing or shipping address information correctly. The receipt fades in 48 hours which I don’t understand that. There is no app that can give you information or you can follow up on the information you need to try this process/product. After spending $500 and waiting longer than expected my first delivery i find out by asking about the address they were sending it to which is not my shipping address. Not everyone’s home or billing address is their shipping address! So this initial order is going to the wrong address. And I like how they made it my fault and up to me to fix it with UPS tracking which I had to pay an additional cost with UPS for that. Not everyone has the same address for their billing and shipping. I think I made a mistake using them and I made the mistake of telling other people about the excitement that I had about using this service but now I realize I should’ve just gone to a in person doctor as I thought this would be more convenient and it’s turning out to be worse. I regret using them 100% but at this point I just want the product and be done with them! Terrible customer service.

Fountain’s partner pharmacies typically require medication delivery to a home address in order to help ensure it reaches the intended patient. Patients who need a different delivery arrangement can let us know, and we’ll coordinate with the pharmacy to see what its policy allows.

Hidden weekly costs and an immediate $35 penalty Buyer beware: FountainTRT's pricing structure is billed weekly, making it significantly more expensive than standard monthly models. When I realized the true cost right after booking a next-day lab appointment, I canceled everything immediately. Even though the booking and cancellation all happened within a single hour, they still slapped me with a $35 charge. Zero flexibility for an honest mistake caught within minutes.

Our TRT membership has three payment schedule options: every 4, 12, or 48 weeks. Each of these options is all-inclusive, covering the cost of medications, labs, video visits, shipping, taxes, supplies, and 24/7 messaging access to our team. Longer plans offer better value over time. Patients can choose whichever option works best for them. The initial assessment is a separate $35 fee and includes labs and a video visit with a provider. Anyone who pays that fee and decides not to proceed, for any reason, should message our customer service team for a full refund.

Promotion claims $35 labs. Had lab work done at quest for what I thought was $35 but then proceed to receive a bill a week later from quest for $168 for the labs. Complete scam to get you in the door.

This is probably the biggest scam place I have ever done business with they say that you can get there testosterone for only $99 which is a they charged me $199 for some debetic needles and tiny vial of testosterone then the next month they said that I needed to pay another $199 which I paid and I thought at least I will get some more testosterone nope it's been over a month im still waiting for it to show up then they say they need another $199 at which point I said wait why am I gone you $200 a month and I'm not getting anything in return and I asked to just cancel the entire account I don't want to do business with shady people so just beware they are going to want alot of money for something you can get elsewhere for like $50

Our TRT membership is a bundled service with three payment schedule options: $199 every 4 weeks, $499 every 12 weeks, or $1,799 every 48 weeks. The longer options offer better value over time. Each option is all-inclusive, covering the cost of medications, labs, video visits, shipping, taxes, supplies, and 24/7 messaging access to our team. We want patients to understand what they’re paying for and feel supported throughout their membership. Patients can message our customer service team 24/7 with questions about payments or shipments. If anything doesn’t seem right, we want to understand the concern and do our best to resolve it.

I foolishly fell prey on Facebook after looking at their pitch. I signed up for a consultation on their Facebook page and authorized a $35 charge. Immediately, my bank notified me that two $35 charges had hit my bank from Fountain. They were two different transaction numbers. I attempted to contact their customer service via text but could not get a reply. I finally emailed them and was asked to provide a screenshot of my attempt to contact them and my two separate transaction charges. I was feeling like I might have gotten scammed at that point. I was told that they only show one charge to me on their end. I told them I did not wish to proceed and requested a refund. I did get one of the $35 charges refunded to me. The next day, I checked my bank account online and the un-refunded $35 charges was still there. I again contacted Fountain who said they only show one charge that had been reversed. I went to my bank and they did show both charges to my account with one being reversed. Now I have disputed the other charge to Fountain. You would think that a company would be interested and helpful in resolving this, but I didn’t find that to be the case. I have cancelled that debit card, too, out of an abundance of caution. I see, too, that this company does not respond to reviews, which is a poor business practice.

Our initial assessment fee is $35. Any charge made in error should be refunded, and anyone who pays the assessment fee and decides not to proceed should also receive a full refund. Patients can message our customer service team 24/7 for help. We’re willing to keep working with anyone for as long as it takes to resolve billing questions and make sure any refund owed is received.

If I could give a zero I would. I went for bloodwork paid out of pocket then they charge you 200 or more a month. For cheap prescription any doctor can call in for way less. Never did follow up and was still charged month after month trying to cancel every-time you call they claim it’s cancelled and then say they don’t see you called to cancel prior. How convenient. Total scam and they won’t refund despite you not using service or getting treatment for months. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake
