What made my experience great was FoundersCard concierge service
What made my experience great was the concierge service. I gave them multiple tasks to take care of for me as I don’t often have the time for these things, not only was the task completed quickly but also professionally with a follow up email. FoundersCard concierge service is awesome. Well worth the price of my membership. !

Proactive customer care at its absolute best
I've been thoroughly impressed by FoundersCard, but what has really blown me away is their customer support. They have this incredible attention to detail and a knack for responding incredibly fast whenever something comes up. Whether it’s a quick question, a minor issue, or just needing some help figuring out a benefit, their team is right there, making sure you actually get to maximize everything the membership offers. It is so refreshing to see a support team that feels genuinely attentive and proactive about meeting your expectations. That level of care is exactly what makes being a member so worthwhile.

At this point
At this point, I don't know what all benefits, etc are available. How does this work? If I am receiving a benefit, then information should be provided to customer prior to survey's being sent so we are able to provide more accurate information.
