Exceptional Support That Truly Goes Above and Beyond
Rachel and the FoundersCard concierge team went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a Blacklane member benefit. Their communication was thoughtful and transparent, and they secured a very generous solution while ensuring my original credit remained available. This level of personal attention and advocacy made me feel genuinely valued as a member.

Useless company
Useless company? Tried to use ba&sh promo code provided and it did not work despite me following all the specified conditions. Don't waste your money with this company.

Montserrat Thank you very very much for your assistance. My wife and I truly feel better after speaking with you and being our advocate during the issues we faced with our hotel. You went above and beyond from the time you received our email (while in the air) to the time we landed, to the transportation issues, to the hotel communication I've had FC for 4+ years and never had an issue on any property or amenities that we've booked, so to see your swift response…amazing. Please share this with your team and management as we're grateful for how quickly you jumped in.
