Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this experience was frustrating, and we understand how stressful ticketing issues can feel so close to a major event. Our team worked with you before and during the event to clarify the credential types, explain the days on which VIP access applied, and assist with access questions as they arose. We do want to acknowledge one issue that fell short of expectations: the VIP wristbands were shipped very late by the supplier of the tickets. Since our ticketing platform is a third party resale ticketing marketplace, we don't have direct control over this but we agree that the timing was not ideal and caused unnecessary concern and we're addressing this to prevent it from happening in the future. We regret that the experience did not meet expectations. We value our members and will use this feedback to continue improving partner communication, fulfillment timelines, and support around live events.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re really sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced with your booking. After reviewing your case, it appears there was a display issue with the airline booking system that caused the Premium Economy availability not to show correctly when you selected your flight. As a result, the lower Economy fare was displayed and confirmed instead. We understand how disappointing that must have been, and this is not the experience we aim to provide. Once the issue was identified, our team worked to clarify the situation and present the correct Premium Economy options available at that time. Those fares were significantly higher than the Economy fare initially shown, which unfortunately could not be honored for a different cabin class. We also want to note that we have not been able to verify the lower Premium Economy pricing you referenced through the airline or other booking channels. In many cases, differences in fare classes, availability, routing, or restrictions can result in pricing that may not be directly comparable. This issue has already been escalated to our airline partner and is being actively investigated to prevent similar situations in the future. We’d still appreciate the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in FoundersCard.
