I have used your product for many years 3-6 pairs a year and even a year ago I would have given you 5 stars. However this year when I ordered my usual 3 pairs of Jobst Knee Hi's an extended period of time passed and they did not arrive even though follow up indicated that they had been delivered to my local post office. The post office denied that they had received the order and kept telling me it probably was in a pile of items waiting to be sorted , follow up visits to the post office resulted in similar reports. I called the company and reported that I had not received the merchandise - they shipped out a new order this time delivered by Fedex and I received it the next day. I started to use my newly ordered merchandise and have come to the conclusion that the company must be thinning the material that they make the hose out of because they are shredding in the heel and the leg very quickly .

I've truly enjoyed my experience in purchasing and wearing the various compression stockings. However, it would be great if your organization would better accommodate the plus--sized women. Example: Many of your plus sized panty hose on fit individuals weighing 210 or less, whereas, you many plus sized women who would patronized your company if you carried larger sizes. However, I was able to purchase on brand of panty hose for individuals weighing up to 250. Why not 250-275? I'm sure that your organization would not regret making this transition into accommodating the plus sized women. Considering, I've purchased over $300 in compression stockings, and compression knee highs. Warmest regards.

When one model I ordered was out of stock, a CS rep called me to explain the situation and see if I wanted to wait, select another similar item, etc. Shipping was prompt. I will be definitely be purchasing from For Your Legs again. I want some of the prettier hose to wear, too!

I like the knee highs. They are very helpful. I am a nurse who is on my feet most of the day. I am very disappointed the white knee highs are no longer available. I am a traditionalist who still wears white nursing shoes ( rather than tennis shoes ) and I prefer white hose. This was vey disappointing.

The hose are comfortable . They make my legs feel better.

My order was delivered in a very prompt manner and easily tracked.. great job.
