I have large calves so the size that was correct for my calves was too long for knee-highs and constricted circulation at the top of the socks (behind my knees)

I am, at this point, sending back the pair I purchased as I believe I ordered them too long. As a result, they are constantly falling down my thigh toward the knee. They do flare somewhat at the top so I'm not sure if they also may be the problem. I will hopefully discover what the problem is so I can wear them comfortably.

It took an extremely long time for delivery. Seems that every time I looked up tracking, the delivery date was pushed out another day..

I got all done ordering online and when I went to print the receipt, the whole screen disappeared and I had NO IDEA whether the order had gone through or not. Since it was Sunday and we were traveling, I did not get to call until Tuesday. The Customer Service rep was great! She told me it di go through, but also informed me that one of the stockings I had ordered had been discontinued and they were completely out but would substitute an other one. I am not sure what would have happened with the replacement if I had not called. It is difficult with things being discontinued as well as the sizes being changed. I love the product and the free shipping so I will continue to order from them, but I hope things get better.

My last order was back ordered, and I was still charged for it. Most companies wait until your order ships before charging you. I still do not have my order, so I called the company and canceled so I can get a refund. I do not like this policy at all. I also do not like the fact that I was not told when to expect the order. I will not order from this company again.

Order for Ease knee highs and Open toe knee highs placed on 2 April 2014 DHL tracking goes only as far as 9th April and parcel was delivered to my home (Prioriy Post) on May 1st. Have worn the Open toe Knee highs once and after a few hours wearing the top of the stocking rolls down and becomes like a rubber band round my legs. Ouch!!. I must say that they are easier to put on and take off than others I have worn.

I ordered a simple pair of rubber gloves to assist putting on my compression stockings. The order was placed on March 26th but it took over 3 weeks (finally delivered April 17th) to receive them. This is not the kind of customer service that impresses me.

the thigh high socks do not stay up ...they are high quality but the top elastic band does not hold the socks in place ... disappointed in these socks ... i guess i will have to go back to the knee high socks
