Fast and Professional

Henri's work was first class. He cleaned up items I did not even know existed and went above and beyond by suggesting I allow him to change several of my settings which were causing me problems. Ask for Henri!

IT WAS GREAT TO JUST LET THEM SAY AND DO WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO DO THEIR JOB AND NOT EVEN WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING.

the techs were great, helpful, and took the time to explain the systems and purpose. I appreciate their patience as I am somewhat challenged when it comes to technology. THANK YOU!

The tech that helped me was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very nice and easy to talk to.

I was very impressed by the performance and knowledge of this technician and I would like to have him again

James cleaned three computers in very little time. One laptop had very little RAM and he helped me decide which programs I could uninstall or not run on start-up. I'm not very technical, but his directions were clear and easy to understand. My laptop now runs very fast. It was very friendly and professional technical assistance.

There's not much to say other than these people are amazing by simply doing what they promise. They never gave up on my computer issues & solved more than just 1. They had to escalate my networking issues to a more experienced tech & they had him call back the next day. As promised, he called back & resolved the issue...Who does this now a days!
