As others have previously stated, the antispyware comes bundled with livetech that charges you every month for 19.95 USD. Its done in a confusing and scammy way. i contacted customer services, but they stated that due to company policy they could not issue refunds. Stay clear!

Pas på med at tegne aftale med dette firma. Jeg tegnede en aftale med "SUPERAntiSpyware PRO", hvilket stod angivet med en årlig pris på ca. 140,-kr om året. Jeg konstaterede at dette svindelfirma nu 4 måneder i træk har hævet de 140,-kr. hver måned !! Har naturligvis fjernet deres mulighed for at yderligere kunne hæve penge på min konto, men har opgivet at få 3 x 140,-kr. retur. Må derfor på det kraftigste advare om at tegne en aftale med "SUPERAntiSpywware PRO" version, det vil komme til at koste Jer mange penge, hvis I ikke opdager dette svindel nummer.

I find out that this antivirus software missed detecting a known virus that other reputable antivirus programs easily caught. It was a major security flawa and it made my computer more vulnerable to virus threats.

I wanted protection for my smart phone. I followed the adverts that said it could help with that, paid the £20 approx and then it asked me to phone the US to activate??? When I discovered what I’d purchased wouldn’t help me, instead of cancelling and refunding he tried to sell me repeatedly an expensive package. All ‘Adam’ cared about was making the sale, from the get go. Problem is they will only make a bad name for themselves and ruin their company reputation.

First providing false information then making empty promises and finally sending the customer on a wild goose chase. Too bad!

I have used this company "Superantispyware" off and on in the past years. It's a handy program as it scans your PC at night looking for malware and deletes most cookies. I decided to use them again, their site offered 12 months service for $19.95 which is what I was charged a while back. After signing up and paying the $19.95 I noticed that they had started charging me this amount every month. When I called them they said yes it is a different plan now we have a new company that bought us out (Real Defense) who offer you more services that is why we charge you every month! I told them that I did not sign up for this. They refused to refund any money to me, and now I am having to work with my bank to recover the money they took from me.

He listen to me very well!! and helped me do it all. its the live tech who we had trouble with not sure who he was. but he was definitely was yelling !!
