Quick response from support team.
I made use of the support chat on the website on 2 occasions. The first time was to update details on my profile. The second time was to inform them that they instead of my name being on my certificate, my email address was on my certificate. They quickly sent me a updated certificate with my name on it. On both occasions They responded in about 1 minute and everything was sorted in less than 10 minutes. Excellent job from the support Staff! Thank you Felicia and Larry.
