better than ADT
They are as billed - a better alternative to ADT. Thanks for switching out my system for the iphone accessible touchscreen.. I love it. I'll call with my mother's info when she's ready.

Fort Knox Security provides fantastic customer service.
We love Fort Knox Security. Their customer service is fantastic. They call me immediately if our alarm goes off and also call my husband. I would definitely recommend them because of their personalized service.

Top notch
Paying half and upgraded to cell monitoring with what I was paying for landline monitoring with my former security company. Tech was clean and professional. I see a long future ahead with Fort Knox Security.

Smooth Process
Service was great. Everyone my wife and I interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. Tech was able to take over our existing system just as office had said. I would gladly recommend Fort Knox.

Great Tech
Just got installed and I have to say that Jamie was very impressive. He made sure we were comforable operating the new security upgrades before he left. Amazed at how easy the cell phone app for arming and disarming is to use. Happy to have found Fort Knox.

Buying into "Fort Knox" with great service
Installation of the equipment was quick and professional, customer service provided accurate billing statements and extra equipment costs which matched prices originally quoted. My service includes emails and web based alarm control which works well from a cell phone just in case I forget to set the alarm manually before leaving.

very satisfied
Shortly after installation, an installed part dislodged. We ere able to clarify billing and circumstances very satisfactorily. All contacts and service were cordial and pleasant. We also were able to save money by paying yearly instead of monthly. We are glad the service fees remain unchanged for the future year. I was also happy that my voice was recognized after a year when I called to arrange the second year service. It was a great way to personalize everything for me.

Of course this is the best security company is TX or anywhere.. I am not only a customer, but I also do work with them too..
