The reason I'm giving 3 stars is…
The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because our previous appointment was made & confirmed. Yet, on appointment day the technician didn't call; did not show up. We were left in limbo all day. However, on Monday, after we called them (they did not follow up with us.), they did apologize profusely. Scheduled another appointment which went without a hitch. Unfortunately, though, that first impression left a bitter taste. The technician who did show up, Enrique, was top notch, A-1 tech. He was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. Hopefully, my first experience was the exception not the rule.

Im sorry to hear we didnt communicate with you better on our first appointment! Our focus is always on customer experience and this does not reflect that.
