We have accidentally set off our alarm several times over the past year. Never had any contact from alarm company. So what am I paying for?

Hello! Wanted to reach out and let you know there is about a 20-30 second delay when the alarm goes off before the signal is transmitted to the monitoring station. We spoke on the phone the other day and you said everything was running correctly! If there are no other issues i hope you wouldn't mind changing your review.
