...12 years later... I contacted Morgan and Morgan in October 2012, just weeks after my spinal surgery. The surgery caused nerve damage in my left leg. AND 2 more surgeries occured within 10 days to determine the cause of the nerve damage. I was infirmed, by my physician, the one performing the surgery, that he 'accidentally ' snipped my lower bowel, during the surgery, but it was repaired. (?? TILL THIS DAY, nearly 12 yrs later, is STILL giving me much pain and discomfort. I have been relying on opioid pain medication since my surgery. Morgan and Morgan asked me to "call back in a month", so I did and was told 'we're not accepting any new clients at this time". REALLY?? It was BS. I believe my case would either involve TOO much litigation, or wasn't severe enough, or no loss of limb or life was involved, indicating to me, my case WOULDN'T HAVE made them the $$ they desired!! Well IM SORRY I couldn't help you become RICH with my case. And a previous account of YOUR interaction with a prospective client who stated,in essence, ' THEYRE ONLY in it for claims that will bring in HIGHEST percentage, and those cases which are 'easy'. I DONT CALL THIS 'for the people'! They could have AT LEAST, been HONEST with me, and said 'were SORRY but cannot take your case', but NO, I never heard from them again. Meanwhile, I LIVE with the memories of the pain of my injury, the fear of the effects of my opioid usage, AND the negligence, and GREED of Morgan and Morgan. SURE they're HUGE, now, but at their negligence to assist folks like me. THANKS 'FOR THE PEOPLE'! THANKS!!

Don't believe their commercials! I contacted them with a strong case but unfortunately it was most likely going to need to be litigated. They didn't even want to talk to me. If your case just needs a letter or two sent out so you can collect your settlement minus at least 1/3 for their letter writing fee, that's their specialty. Anything beyond that and they can't get you off the phone fast enough. If you want an attorney that will dedicate the time necessary to win your case, I recommend finding a small law firm local to you that has experience with your type of case. Morgan and Morgan may be a large law firm but that just means that they take on a lot of easy cases and can afford to ignore the slightly difficult cases. I was very disappointed when they practically hung up on me, but I found a local firm that was happy to take on my case and we expect a resolution soon.

Sadly, we have had 3 attorneys and two case managers, since the second week of April. After each change, you get a call to get information that we've posted on their app, apparently reading the info takes too long. Not at all pleased with the firm and do regret contacting them. Received the below reply from M&M. They want me to tell them how to improve. You can start by reading the damn post and stop doing what I posted. I will NEVER use them again and strongly suggest anyone thinking about it to go elsewhere.

I contact them after a multi car crash , they said they would take my case. A week and one have, maybe two weeks later they told me there was a conflict in interest as the motorcycle that hit me hired them first no one hit him. Nevertheless I asked to speak with Mr. Morgan and was told he does not except any phone calls. Then I was told by a great friend he hires any one anywhere that passes the bar, so he can say he is the biggest. I learned in most cases all you can get is the limits of the person who hit you liabilities on there policy and unless you are serious very serious that’s all you’re entitled too and the law firm will charge 33.1/3 of your case plus cost of phone calls, letters after they pay your medical bills. Just be ware he’s owns a place in the Bahamas and that’s why he has other legal aids do all the work and most of them are not very nice.

If you were to ask me, this is nothing more than a marketing company. They only assist it if it works for them, but they’re not somebody that works for people they make it sound like they’re a holistic, wonderful down-to-earth company but that’s a non truth and Attorney is an absolute impossibility because it’s all based on garbage.

Terrible experience so far. I can't get my case manager to reply to any of my emails, call me back, or answer my calls. Even her supervisor did not respond to my voicemail. I'm not even sure anyone is working on my case.

I am writing to express my utter outrage and disgust with the appalling and grossly negligent handling of my case since my leukemia diagnosis in 2017 by Morgan & Morgan. The lack of genuine effort and the seemingly endless cycle of hollow, repetitive responses from them is beyond exasperating. It is shocking and insulting that after all this time, the correspondence I receive from them is little more than a series of thoughtless form letters. This treatment is not only deeply disrespectful but also suggests a complete disregard for the gravity of my situation. It appears that M$rgan & M$rgan is more interested in profiting from my illness than in delivering the justice and support I was promised. The unethical and dismissive manner in which my case has been treated is unacceptable.

Knowing now that he supported Biden, I will NEVER use this company.
