The auto service company came to my location in less than 10 mins. They got the car unlocked in a couple of minuets, that was running with doors all locked. The service guy was so friendly, and polite it was a pleasure!

Had a sofa and chaise that was sinking badly. They covered the sofa, but not the chaise, even though both had the same sinking problem. They said the chaise was a cushion problem that was not covered. We escalated and they sent another technician from the same company. This time all he reported was that it was not a manufacturing issue. Add to that - they no longer make a replacement sofa! There are no other options to escalate and they closed the ticket. Now I’m stuck with half of a broken couch. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY ANYTHING Fortegra!

I purchased a sofa from rooms to go they said if I get the insurance it's will guarantee anything that happens to the furniture. I had a spot and the said it cant be fixed. This insurance is called "Forte" its a scam.

The roadside service provided was at my location in less than an hour. They towed my truck to the dealer and took care of the covered repair item. This is the second time I have had to use my extended warranty for my truck and they have been great. I will definitely purchase this extended warranty from this company for my next vehicle purchase.

This was a very smooth proces. A mechanic came out fixed my tire went above and beyond by trailing me to closest free air pump when we seen that the spare was flat. This was amazing and in good timing as well. Thank you
