Urban MattressReviews of fortcollins.urbanmattress.com

Excellent customer service!

Joel was helpful and knowledgeable about mattress choices without being pushy. He knew the mattresses on the store floor and communicated well. He was friendly and seemed genuine. The Fort Collins store was roomy, had good lighting.9

Would buy from Urban Mattress again. Great buying experience, great mattress

Salesmen were great and super helpful!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Urban Mattress in Fort Collins. Mark and his sales staff went out of their way to assist me with a difficult delivery of two of their mattresses. The mattresses are wonderfully comfortable and their kindness is very much appreciated! Thank you Mark!!

Fantastic customer service from a very knowledgeable and helpful staff is what really sold me on my new mattress, even more than how comfortable it felt from night one.
