Urban MattressReviews of fortcollins.urbanmattress.com

Like locally made. Accommodated our time line and mattress needs. Owner delivered and installed. Very friendly and helpful

The owner was very helpful and great to talk with while we picked out a mattress. The delivery crew was wonderful and so far we love the bed.

Great customer service from Joel and the delivery was on time and the young men delivering the mattress agreed to put on masks at my request without any upsetting anti-mask nastiness. We love the mattress and are sleeping deeply on it!! Thanks!

We absolutely love our new bed from Urban Mattress! This is the mattress we've been looking for, having gone through several over the past few years that never lived up to our expectations (or dealer promises.) It is well-built and amazingly comfortable. Mark, the owner, was so helpful from the minute we walked into the store. He showed us a few mattresses, making sure, as he said, not to overload us with information as can be the case in a purchase like this. He then explained very clearly and honestly what makes Urban Mattress unique: they use high quality materials they acquire from conscientious companies, they manufacture locally, and they are connected to the NOCO community. Best of all, Urban Mattress operates with a fundamental belief in the value of providing excellent customer service. Mark actually delivered the bed to our house himself the same day we bought it! We couldn't be happier about this purchase. And I'll say it again, it is one comfortable bed! We highly recommend Urban Mattress.

I recommend! The best.

We loved the sales guy (whose name I'm spacing on right now🥴), delivery was prompt, and the mattresses are HEAVEN!!

From my first phone call to the bed delivery, I am pleased to say that the service was superb! Ordering a bed from long distance can be a stressful event; however Joel eased my anxiety by answering all my questions and providing me with information I didn’t even know I needed!! In these stressful times, on-time delivery of goods can be challenging to say the least. The delivery process was excellent and efficient. And the quality of the Acadia bed exceeded my expectations. I am delighted and extremely satisfied with the bed quality and comfort. Fort Collins Urban Mattress earned my highest recommendation.

Selecting and purchasing a mattress has some challenging aspects, but Urban Mattress made the experience relatively easy and completely pleasant. They are friendly and well-informed about their products. Polite and sincere in their communications with customers. I would recommend them without qualification.
