The support is amazing. My physician takes her time and provides education and encouragement. My nutritionist provides actionable information based on my lifestyle that I can incorporate to make healthier choices. And they are both so nice 😊

So far I have found Form Health to be great. My do tor seems to really care. The dietitian provides valuable information and feed back. I really like the cooking class I attended and I enjoy the support of the Facebook group.

The program is working so far for me .people here are great I was worried wouldn’t work. I tried so many other programs and diets So far I have lost 10 pounds and have long way to go to my goal . But I will get there The doctor is nice and keeps me on track I see the dietitian tomorrow for first time I am not hungry most of the time which is good for me today I had my 4 th shot. Doing great

Form has been awesome. Reluctantly knowing I needed to do something about my weight, I joined Form because it seemed like it was a new approach I hadn’t tried before. And man, was I right! This isn’t just another medical weight loss type company. Every provider has been kind, encouraging, and full of ideas to help me overcome cravings, medical barriers, and my own attitude. I have a lot to lose and easily get overwhelmed with how long this journey may take me, but I’ve lost 40 pounds so far and know that when I get discouraged Form will help me continue on.

I may not lose weight as fast as everyone on this sight, but I am progressively losing and that is a HUGE achievement for someone who has been battling Hashimoto’s. I think the check-ins with Dr.Louden and Dietician Bridget McCormick are so helpful in encouraging me, advising, and supporting me. I look forward to meal planning and have learned to prep on Sundays if my work week is going to be busy. I am trying to find 30 minutes a day to exercise and with the sun out today, I’m heading out now to walk. Enjoy! Be healthy!
