Form health is an excellent tool for getting healthy and the weight loss is an extra bonus. You are not alone in your journey. The Dr assigned to you takes time to hear you and your concerns and addresses those health concerns. The dieticians are your cheerleaders helping you to stay focus and motivated. Very important tools in helping you achieve your greatest health! Highly recommend form health! It has been a wonderful tool for both my husband and myself!

The Webinar I attended about holiday stress and weight was very informative. It reminded me about the need for enough sleep since that could impact hormones controlling hunger and could contribute to increasing stress hormones in my body. I've already started using breathing exercise we were taught!

Thank you for sharing this important feedback with us. We always welcome ideas on ways our patients would to engage with their care team and others. We also are aware of the difficulties with getting some medications due to supply and insurance limitations, our team is actively trying to navigate through these challenges.
