Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of proactive updates regarding your payout. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait without clear visibility. To clarify, some payouts may remain pending longer than usual due to ongoing transaction verification, chargeback checks, or cross-border payment clearances. That said, your payout is safe and will be processed once all compliance checks are cleared. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding dashboard transparency, that’s a great idea. In fact, our product team is already working on an update that will allow users to view individual orders, gross profit, and payout status in real time directly from their dashboard. Please reach out to our Trust & Safety team at [email protected] with your payout ID so we can provide a status update immediately. Thank you for your patience and continued trust, we’re working hard to make ForKobo even better every day. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team

We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. Our goal is always to ensure payouts are processed promptly and transparently for all clients. To clarify, ForKobo does not promise or guarantee fixed revenue, every client’s results depend on real-time store performance, order volume, and market demand. Payouts are based solely on verified sales that clear all payment processing, chargeback, and refund checks, which can occasionally cause delays. That said, we’re actively improving our payment systems and communication processes to ensure smoother, faster, and more predictable payouts going forward. Please reach out to our Trust & Safety team at [email protected] with your registered email so we can review your payout status directly and assist you right away. We appreciate your patience and your feedback, it helps us continue improving for everyone. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and kind words about our customer service, we truly appreciate it. We understand your concern about the payout delay and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In recent months, we’ve implemented new verification and processing protocols to strengthen transaction security and compliance, which has unfortunately led to longer processing times for some payouts. The good news is that we’re actively improving our payment infrastructure and automation system to restore the same fast turnaround times our clients were used to, while maintaining accuracy and safety. We’re grateful for your patience and continued trust in ForKobo, and we’re committed to ensuring your future payouts are smoother and faster. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team
