working with forkobo was great setting up my website and listing products specially Filza was very knowledgeable and make sure everything works great.

The journey with Forkobo has been very good. Filza did a great job helping me out on my DIY store, and very patient. Always asking if I am satisfied with her work. I know for most people payouts are pending, but in due time they will be paid. It os shopify that is holding the money, not even forkobo. Thank you Forkobo, please continue your good work.

Then the customer service is top notch, always ready and available to help, either through email or through call. This puts your mind at ease that forkobo is a legit company, here to stay for the long run and ready to serve.

When I reached out to their customer care the service was topnotch. I spoke with Shahroz who was very helpful he resolved the problem as he promised I got a mail immediately regarding my complaint .

The problem I have is with delay in payout I haven't received this month payout and I requested since on the 9th which is quite disturbing as they don't reach out unless you reach out to them and there's usually no concrete time as to when this will be resolved. Please look into it

Their costumer service is top notch, they’re always available to reply to any issue/complains. I receive my payout exactly as when due. They’ve been managing my stores for 4months now with no issues.

Honestly I just joined forkobo.. and I have a full trust in them to help me earn extra income.. though I haven’t received my first pay out yet which I am sure it is caused by delays, I still have a 100 percent trust in them.

Forkobo is Awesome! I never knew I could be an entrepreneur with zero business background. I am happy for this opportunity to earn passive income. My only wish is for payouts to be smooth and quicker with short processing times. Also maybe other payment methods can also be considered especially for people in other parts of Europe like central Europe or outside of United kingdom.
