Extremely disappointing experience with Forkobo My payout was held since October 2025. I was initially told Shopify was holding the funds for up to 120 days, even though that was so vague, I waited. That period passed without my money being released. I then requested account closure and a refund of my management fee. I submitted my closure request on June 2, 2026, and was told it would take 30 days. Today, August 10, 2026, it has been 69 days—39 days beyond the promised timeframe—and I am STILL waiting for my money. I have followed every process Forkobo provided and given them more than enough time to resolve this. At this point, the excuses and delays are unacceptable. I am posting this review so potential customers can make an informed decision before trusting Forkobo with their money despite the person promoting this brand. I strongly believe this is not a legitimate company.

I joined Forkobo with the expectation of owning and benefiting from a fully managed Shopify store. I paid $999 for a 1-year DFY (Done For You) store contract and was shown dashboard earnings and pending payouts over time. However, my experience has become very concerning. Since November 2025, multiple payouts have remained pending for months. Initially, I was told reviews would take 90–120 days, but later I was informed there is no fixed or guaranteed timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not been provided with: * Any Shopify case ID or tracking reference * Proof of payout review stages * Access to my actual store * My store domain or Shopify admin access I also later discovered that at the end of my contract, I would not own the store, domain, or backend access, and the store would not be transferred to me. This was disappointing because I believed I was building toward ownership of an online business. Customer support continues to respond politely, but the replies have mostly repeated the same explanations without concrete timelines or verifiable proof. At this stage, I still have multiple pending payouts showing on the dashboard with no confirmed release date. Due to the ongoing delays and lack of transparency, I have formally reported the matter to the bank used for payment, contacted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and my lawyer is actively monitoring all communications and email correspondence related to this matter. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to ask very detailed questions upfront about: * Store ownership * Shopify access * Domain ownership * Payout verification * What happens after the contract ends My experience has caused significant frustration and uncertainty, and I hope the company improves transparency and accountability for future customers.

Two months after my sister signed up, her payments were delayed for eight months, always with flimsy excuses. She grew tired of the delays and excuses and threatened legal action. They responded by saying they would stop all payments to her, including pending, delayed, and future payouts.

Forkobo is terrible. Since October 2025, I havent received any payout. Not one single payout. Anytime you send a mail, they say it is on spotify. Delay from Spotify on payment for over 6 months? Not even one payout processed? I dont think that's accurate. FORKOBO IS NOT SAYING THE TRUTH! I don't advice anyone to put their money there

Forkobo, I have over $10,000 pending payouts with you which I have consistently asked for to no avail. You only made payouts for the first month and the next 6 months have been vague stories. I got tired and asked for a refund of management fees and you actually said that you would deduct any previous payouts made and refund me the balance as management fees. Now, I'm wondering if the payouts on the dashboards are actually real or a make believe. Since you have not stated how I can recover over $10,000. You have clearly stated that even though you have over $10,000 of my pending payouts that were never processed; you would still deduct any payouts you made earlier from the management fees. This is a breach of trust and very inhumane. I hope you pay me whatever you have accepted to pay with no further delays. This is the worst dropshipping company in history.

Hello Trustpilot, I got your email requesting my details for Forkobo assistance to my earlier review, I would like to respond publicly to that. Forkobo has already responded to my review stating that they’ll proceed to close my merchant accounts with them and refund my management fee that I paid to them upon the activation of my account, my question is “what happens to the pending payouts for 6 months?” Instead of them to take responsibility for their actions (delayed payouts for six whole months) they want to impose account closure on me, stating publicly in their response that I requested for it on March 3rd? What a lie! No accountability for holding my money for months whatsoever! Trustpilot, be notified that I never requested for an account closure on 3rd March, 2026, as they claimed. That’s a big lie! Forkobo should stop beating around the bush and release my pending payouts! That’s all I’m asking for. Best regards.

Forkobo is a scam Doris wanneka and mustapha her husband collectively put this scam together to scam people of hard earned money they don’t pay and also don’t refund still waiting for my refund after all the stress and loss forkobo put me through I wish miss Nwanneka Nkumah Doris and mustapha diyaol haqq the same pain and losses they have put me through inshallah.

The WORST investment mistake I have ever made in my life! Almost 3,000CAD gone... My account with ForKobo went live in September of 2025, and ever since then, it's been either a payment delay issue, zero proactive communication, or, most recently, account suspension. Since November of 2025, ForKobo has remitted zero dollars on my 2 stores, but PROACTIVELY removes ad fees! The acclaimed 120-day delay time frame is well over; they keep blaming Shopify for the delays. As of right now, I am being owed- November & December 2025: USD $1,170.80 January 2026: USD $661.17 February 2026: USD $427.64 March 2026:They conveniently paused all activity on my 2 stores, since Feb 11th, and removed financial updates/ breakdowns. My current agreement with ForKobo ends in July 2026. As of right now, solely for asking for payments due from my 2 stores from November 2025 to date, ForKobo deactivated my account, which, on its own, is a breach of the contractual agreement. All necessary bodies and authorities have received all information, screenshots, email correspondence, bank records, terms and agreement of service, etc. Do business with them at your own risk!
