The payment schedule takes too long as expected, most atimes it even exceeds a month which is somehow disturbing. Again, during my sign in on the website subscription for 2 stores is $1999 with up to $1000 monthly with a ad fee of $99 which is deducted from the sales of each store every month but now I get a message that ad fee of $99 for each store will again be deducted from my payout every 2months. That was not the initial agreement on your website so seems that was a hidden fee.

The service is stress free and I love that about ForKobo. The only cons are the delay in pay out and not being able to add on more stores..

To keep it concise, I’d like to state that: 1. The program runs smoothly on web but might need an app upgrade for better user experience. 2. Delay in payout Is the primary cause of unrest amongst subscribers. To address this, users with over 2 weeks delay in payout remittance should be on priority list, updated on the state of their payout and possible payout date. For instance, I requested payout on the 6th of October and I’m yet to receive payment and I do not get any update regarding the situation unless I write an email to the team. Better measures should be put in place. 3. The WhatsApp line, live chat and call numbers are totally unreachable. These medium if properly activated would allow users get real time insight on inquiries. 4. Subscribers are partners and should receive timely updates on the state of their accounts especially on payouts, unmet targets and relevant information

For a startup e-commerce company, they are okay. I have issues with the fact that for more than 2 months now, I haven’t gotten any payouts. Each time I send mails, I always receive what seems like an automated response. They finally responded well but no timeline on when my payouts will be processed. Just empty hopes. It’s really frustrating. As much as I know they are legit, I feel they can do better for a company in the western world where they have available resources to run the business. Also, I love the new updates but please are there no better ways of receiving daily updates? Another I would add is that most prompt on the website does not work, I guess they are a work in progress. PLEASE PROCESS MY PAYOUTS

I like the business model of the company What I dislike the fact that the payout is sometimes delayed and the what’s app is not as responsive as it used to be to. The company is doing well in terms of updating shop owners on daily sales. Then maybe shop owners can introduce new products to the company. The company can test run to see if it’s scalable. Additionally I am suggesting maybe a warehouse for receiving product for some us that are outside USA. Overall everything is fine

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, we truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear you value our business model and daily updates. Your suggestions about enabling store owners to introduce new products and establishing a warehouse for international users are great ideas, we’ll share them with our operations team for review. Regarding payout delays and WhatsApp response times, we completely understand your concern. These delays are sometimes caused by payment-processor limits, verification reviews, and chargeback or return clearances, but we’re continuously improving our systems to make payouts faster and communication smoother. We appreciate your trust and patience as we continue scaling ForKobo to serve everyone, both locally and abroad, even better. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team

I do not like that this company does not understand the importance of proper communication. I am new to this dropshipping business, and as a matter of fact, I know so little about it, most especially that payouts can delay. Timely communication and response to enquiries will go a long way to assure clients that they can bank on you, however, ForKobo do not carry their clients along, in fact, when they are queried on what is going on, they give vague responses like "Our finance team is actively working to complete the processing. While I’m unable to provide you with an exact timeline, I want to reassure you that no matter the delay, your payout will be received." This is not good enough, you should be able to know what is going on. I got the above response when my payout has delayed for well over one month without any form of communications, and when I reached out that I took a loan to venture into this business and I need to pay back, the reaponse I got was that I was mounting undue pressure and my store will be closed. To me, this does not seem like an attribute of a good business owner, because I feel intimidated into silence. ForKobo should do better in keeping their clients in the loop, it goes a long way in maintaining good business relationship.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how concerning payout delays and unclear updates can feel, especially for someone new to the dropshipping space. To clarify, ForKobo is not an investment platform, it is a Done-For-You eCommerce management service, where our team builds and manages stores on behalf of clients. Payouts are generated strictly from actual store performance and verified order transactions. Because of this, payout timelines can occasionally extend due to several operational factors such as: Pending or disputed transactions (chargebacks, customer returns, or cancellations) Verification or compliance reviews required by our payment partners Processing limits or account-level security holds While we acknowledge that our communication could have been clearer in your case, please rest assured that your payout remains safe and will be processed once all underlying verifications are cleared. We have also implemented new measures to ensure clients receive proactive updates during any delay period so no one feels left in the dark again. Kindly reach out to our Trust & Safety team at [email protected] with your registered email and payout ID so we can immediately review your specific case and provide a timeline. We truly value your patience and trust, and we’re committed to turning this experience around for you and all our clients. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team
