I've been ordering meal plans for over 2 years and I haven't had any problems besides shipping. Lenny credited the failed past delivery's today and helped me with a positive solution to my issues which made satisfied enough to continue ordering from forkful because $300+ worth of food is a lot of money, Thank you very much!

Due to the 4th of July holiday my food came a couple days late. When I called to find out what was going on I spoke to Jude who put my mind at ease. He told me exactly what time my food was expected to arrive that day & sent me a tracking link. Even though the delivery was late, I appreciate a quick response to my concerns.

Lenny was great. Otherwise your company sucks, I get delayed and spoiled deliveries, no communication and an overall horrible experience. Not Lenny’s fault but whoever is in charge sucks. If I don’t get a refund I will ensure no one I know buys from this company

What a terrible company. I live in Sweden and never subscribe me for news mail but receive many many spam mails. Try to unsubscribe me but that does not work. Send mails to info@forkfulmeals but that don´t work eather even I never get any response.

I had to call the sales department because customer service and billing would not answer the phone after leaving several messages and no reply I decided to contact the sales department some one by the name of Lenny answered she was courteous and professional she has informed me that she will help me and would call me back. The company it self is very untrustworthy.

When I received the food the gel packs were punctured and spilled out all over the product and the food wasn’t cold so I had to throw it away because of safety concerns I received email that same morning to schedule the next shipment so I was going to cancel the subscription but the email stated that it had to be canceled the day before the email was sent to me I called customer service and couldn’t hear the representative because so much background noise I was charged another $88 for something that I didn’t approve This is a sorry excuse for a business
