When I need a providers help - I always receive a different provider and they never seem to have knowledge of my treatment plan or my background and it is difficult to get help or care. I was having some difficult and scary side effects and it was really difficult to get the help I needed.

The medical staff answers questions promptly and ensures a proper treatment plan.

I still haven't gotten my product! The product shipped on December 11 and it still hasn't arrived.

The company is responsive if I need something I felt like my request was somewhat reviewed by a health professional The product is working and greatly decreased my stress

I have been really happy with the service and product so far. I've be consistently loosing weight at a healthy pace and have had little to no side effects. I have found that it's been very easy to order, use and manage my prescription. I also feel like the overall medical side through the company has been well managed. If I have a question, it is answered quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is the that cost is very expensive. If the cost could be lowered I'd be more likely to recommend it to others and consider staying on this long term.

I have been using hers for my mental health for a few months now. So far everything is going well. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to get on the medication I needed. It has helped me so much. I am giving it four stars because well you have access to doctors 24:7 I’m pretty sure it’s computer generated and not actually speaking to someone. So for someone who might have issues I don’t know if you will get the support needed.

In a matter of seconds after purchasing what i thought was a $35 transaction, I messaged to cancel order. The money ($175) was already taken out of my account and said they couldn't refund, only cancel next order. It was less than 2 minutes total and it says still processing order so there is no excuse why they could not refund my money. It will be disputed and reported. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!
