The medicine made me very bad nausea and some joint pain, and I paused it in December, and you ignored the pause and sent me more pills that I cannot take and charged me $297.00 for useless pills that I cannot take. I will never recommend your company for this at all. You offer no way to send them back to you. Offer no help in this. I have canceled this and will never use this again for anything!

I wish it was explained to me that we are NOT getting the high dose for the price. I am not seeing the same results as others, even family members, and when I inquired, I was told I could pay more for a higher dose. Very disappointing. I feel duped and will not be renewing once my year is up.

I ended up starting my daily regimen much later than anticipated due to extenuating circumstances. Once I started the topical cream for hair loss, I did have questions. I have been impressed with how quickly Hers has responded to my questions!

Impossible to get in contact with hers to report an item that was never delivered. On top of that, the music hers uses while on hold is possibly the worst, most grating, most awful waiting music i have ever heard. This experience was designed by sadists and I do not trust these people with my health. They should be ashamed.

Ordered my GLP-1 on 12/09. No one could give me an ETA. Then I was told 1/02: it is now 8 days later; No communication from Hers unless I ask: no one knows when the meds will ship. I am being told there is a 'nationwide shortage of this medication.' UPDATE: After another week with no communication from Hers, I canceled my order and contacted HenryMeds. I had my consultation the next day and my GLP-1 medication arrived less than a week later. I'm already a week into my GLP-1 treatment! The 'shortage' of this medication seems to be an issue with Hers - not an issue with the actual supply of medication. If you are looking for GLP-1 medication and weight loss treatment, bypass Hers and go straight to any other company - including HenryMeds who have been great to work with, the same exact price as Hers, and have delivered on their commitments and communcation every step of the way.

I was very upset that I was charged almost $300 without being consulted first. Why didn’t I have a follow up consult to ask how things were going? I had already responded to monthly qs about my current plan and said I noticed no change. Then I was automatically charged over $300 for the same plan we had previously done which I saw no results. This seems bananas. I emailed right after the new order was automatically placed and was told eventhough it was the same day (and a matter of an hour or less) that they could not cancel the order nor refund since it was medication. I actually never spoke to a human to begin with. I only submitted forms and responded to messages.
