I was prescribed the wrong medication…
I was prescribed the wrong medication as I was already taking 450mg of bupropion. Had it changed and then was sent the incorrect medication. Had to wait longer. The new medication gave me a reaction of shortness of breath and was told to immediately stop it. I assumed you would not send me something again I was not supposed to be taking and sure enough I was sent it and charged. I feel like no one really cares

Run from this company!
My cc was charged 1/2/25. Received notice shipped 1/7. Finally reached out via a chat ( when I finally found a way to get help…) on 1/21 that I never received. Told me they’d RE order w/ no charge. Only emails I keep getting are emails to give an update on my results! Reached out today to tell them to cancel and refund my money. They responded RX had been filled, couldn’t refund and I should expect shipping w/I 72 hours!!!!

AGEIST!!! I’m only 53 years old and in good health. I went on “HERS” to seek Monoxodil for severely thinning hair. They had the gall to refer me to a GERIATRIC SPECIALIST! She not only refused to prescribe me anything, but said my severe hair thinning wasn’t female pattern baldness and she had never even looked at my photos! I FOUND MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND ETHICAL, NON-AGEIST service at RO.com!

Buyer, Be Aware of Refund Policy. I wish I could have gotten more refunded for my minoxidil prescription. I experienced really acute heart racing and in cases where side effects are intolerable, I wish there was more that could be refunded because you have to pay for so much up front and you don’t know how the medication will work for you.

No refund
Unfortunately with a subscription if you do not remember to pause or cancel your subscription they do not send reminder emails for your next shipment and still charge you if the prescription is processed. Even if it hasn't shipped yet they still will not cancel the order.
