Extremely frustrating experience. Short Version: Didn't feel personalized, didn't get adequate/timely customer care, and they sent a medication information sheet that didn't match the medication in the bottle. I had high hopes at first from the decent questionnaire and the thick welcome packet. Started the prescribed Med Kit 5 and took it as directed for 3.5 months. Had some unpleasant side effects that I thought I could work through, so I sent my concerns to my care team on how best to manage them or if they would subside. I know the care team is 9 people, but they tag-team'd the conversation and the advice felt disjointed and generalized; it often seemed my key words were pasted into a pre-written prompt. I get that an online service doesn't allow for one or two providers per person, but the lack of continuity in the conversation made me feel like I was being dismissed. One person replies to my message and asks a question, I answer them, but then someone else jumps in and I never hear from the original person again. In fact, I have not received follow-up from anyone after their initial message. After getting advice that didn't truly address my specific concerns, I did some digging about what my meds were actually designed for... I learned they are only prescribed for weight loss because they act as appetite suppressants and I **specifically** indicated in my questionnaire that I do not have problems with appetite control, which suddenly explained why the negative side effects were intensifying over time. Once again I felt like my experience was not genuinely personalized. If those were the only two issues, I would have given 2 or 3 stars. The reason I rated Hers so low is twofold. First, my initial box contained medication information sheets THAT DID NOT MATCH THE MEDICATIONS IN THE BOTTLE. Providing the wrong information sheet is going to send someone to the ER or the morgue. I wanted to chalk it up to a fluke, but the other serious problem is when I got charged $297 for a med kit refill that I didn't receive and was informed they would not issue a refund or a re-ship. I realized this company has frighteningly poor care for their customers not just with attention to detail but also with guaranteed delivery (their shipping carrier does not require signature upon receipt of medication). 1/5, I do not recommend. It appears to work for other people, but my experience was so bad I am compelled to post a review.
