Hers mixoxidil blend oral pills have restored my confidence! They truly work. I was balding on the sides of forehead area of my scalp and hair was thinning elsewhere. I heard that could be genetic hair loss with no true solution. I tried mixoxidil serums before that worked ok but found it hard to apply daily consistency. With the pill, I went through a month of a little more shedding and after 4 months now my hair has been filling in everywhere! Bonus my nails are stronger and not breaking No more bald spots, way less shedding, and no horror show of hair clumps in the shower. My husband was shocked also and wants to start, as he has all over thinning hair. We are both in our 30's, so it's nice to have and keep our hair for as long as we can thanks to Hers convenient help and formula. Terrible. You do not meet with, or speak with, a provider before you are billed. Then you cannot change your plan even if you have issues with what was shipped. They have you agree to a per month price, but then you are charged for 5 months in advance. If you have a reaction to the medication, they don’t care. You are not refunded and you are left with hundreds of pills you can’t use. All very shady business practices, and I believe medical malpractice. Avoid this company.

Hers was easy enough to start, with a few errors that were easy enough to correct; however, after trying the meds for a while, I decided to switch to a longer treatment plan (prescription/subscription) to save money. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have to cancel my current subscription and start over. If they would have mentioned that changing plans would entail starting over, I would have selected a longer plan to start. I am getting conflicting messages about how to go about it and it is still not complete after a week. I am supposed to sign up on a new intake form which is not available or I can't find it. Also, the response time for the help chat has extended to more than 4 hours! I went over 24 hours with no response. I am now worried I will not be able to get my "new" subscription in time. The website needs to be more intuitive to users!

I received my second package of glp-1 pills but it's the same as the first package. The dosage levels are I am at are higher so the contents should accommodate for this but it does not.

I think that the response time is excellent. But with my latest experience, it seemed the provider wasn’t interested in answering my questions. She was very quick to make a suggestion and instead of answering my question about if the medication would help with a particular symptom (I asked twice about it), she simply went straight to asking if I wanted to try the medication or not. It felt like she truly didn’t care about my questions/concerns at all.
