I’ve had some issues when moving to the highest dose. I wish there was another way to talk to a Dr without having to wait for chat. You often get a different provider and have to repeat things over and over again and then wait for a response. It hasn’t given me or my actual Dr a lot of comfort with this program as my overall health is much more important than losing weight.

After experiencing dizziness from minoxidil, I read it was a common side effect. However, the so called "care provider" at Hers said that it was not possible! It also stripped my hair color completely.

It was, for the most part, pretty good. There was some complications getting everything lined up, but that tends to happen when dealing it anything health relates.

I have suffered from PCOS & Insulin Resistance which have resulted in significant weight gain. I have been following an endocrinologist for two years where I've been tried first on Ozempic, my highest dose being 2mg. After 18 months, my doctor switched me to Zepbound and recently increased my dose to 7.5mg. I have been paying out of pocket for these name brand medications the entire time and it is very costly. After seeing Him & Hers advertised on TV and social media, I was drawn to their attractive pricing and signed up for a 12 month subscription because it was the best value. However, I soon became concerned about dosing and decided to cancel my subscription within hours because I needed further clarification about dosing. Specifically, I wasn't sure if I would be sent medicines every month or in bulk. Upon contacting Hims & Hers, I was informed that they could only cancel half of my subscription because the medication had already been dispatched. It made no sense to me. How could I be prescribed a medicine if I've never virtually met or consulted by the provider? I literally was prescribed a medicine solely based on an intake form! This seems reckless and dangerous. Worse, the medicine I received was the wrong medicine and dose! Why would I go down to a starter dose and back on Ozempic? I expressed my concerns to Hims & Hers to ad nauseam and got the same response. Suggesting it was entirely my fault! However, acknowledged that I did cancel! This makes no sense at all. To this writing, I have not been able to receive a refund as the default response is since the medicine was sent, I'm not entitled to a refund. I did not authorize a shipment! This feels like entrapment! I believe Hims & Hers and their providers are in direct violation of the recognized standards of care in their treatment of patients and prescribing practices! The mental distress this has caused me is egregious! Still trying to recover $990!!!
