I have had trouble getting approved for weight loss medicine from my doctor because of “insurance problems” (in reality it was just no one contacting the company but that’s another story), so I considered turning to hers to get help. However, they are refusing to approve me for treatment despite fitting the requirements— I am significantly overweight and have a medical condition that makes it hard to lose weight and easy to gain. I do not have an eating disorder, so that doesn’t disqualify me as well. Apparently being overweight and having medical conditions that cause weight gain isn’t enough for these people. Hers was absolutely unhelpful and I wasted 10-15 minutes filling out the questionnaire just to be told that I, someone who clearly met the requirements enough for the medicine to be recommended to me, do not fit the criteria for treatment. I genuinely would not recommend this as a way to lose weight, unless you want to waste your time filling out a questionnaire just to get met with more disappointing. If I could, I would rate this company less than 1 star.

I'm only rating a 3 right now because I'm only a few weeks of taking this product. I have not had any changes yet. I'm hoping that in a few more weeks I will start to see change and I could rate it a 5. But, I have not had any side effects at all.. so that's a good thing.

The providers are kind and helpful. I really think the medications are helping me with my weight loss journey.

Would be nice to have better tracking. The app is bare bones. Would love to join support groups internally. Can't track my symptoms or when I took the dose or what the dose was or the location, either. Just my weight. The last shipment arrived and wasn't well packed - the soft top was wavy so that the cold was not sealed (like it was pushed inside instead of spread around so there were lots of places for the air to leak out). Luckily it was overnight so it was still (barely) cold. If this were summer coming from AZ to CA, I think that the meds would have been compromised. I know that this is affordable meds, so I get what I pay for, so no major complaints so far. Hopefully the packaging issue was a one-off.

Service and medical professionals are fantastic. They are supportive and genuinely care about success. They are willing to listen and adjust their approach if things aren’t working as expected. However, I had to change my treatment about four weeks in, so I haven’t seen much progress yet.

The customer service is superb! I use hers for several products and they always exceed my expectations. Thank you hers for improving the quality of my health and wellness.

Excellent communication. Prescription arrived on time. Everything is clear and easy to use.
