I enjoy how responsive the company is and the regular check-ins. I am disappointed that the weight loss has been a lot less than I had hoped for after 3 months of taking semaglutide. I have been drinking water, increased my protein intake and am focusing on less carbs/more veggies.

I received the oral pill for hair loss - with in 1 week of this medication experience major stomach and bloating, weight gain, constipation with this medication, tried to contact Hers and they responded we can not do anything for you because your shipment already was sent - that is not what the problem was and then they blew me off - I am disputing the charge with my Credit Card - these side effects we NOT listed on the overview and they are doing nothing

Customer service is slow to respond, shipping address was changed and first shipment got returned to Sender under "No Such Number" when the address is correct. Emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. The actual practitioners are friendly, professional and answer any questions you may have. Changing doses or medications based on your side effects is easy.

I do not plan to start the program until 4/15/2025. I have asked the company to adjust the follow-up for my start date, but they say it's not possible. I would not have ordered the products this early if I had known that. It will be hard to get any scheduled guidance with the timing so off. All the check-ins are timed as if you started immediately after receiving the product and can't be changed. Of course, the most important thing is that the product will work--which is still unknown. So fingers crossed for that!

I didn’t loose weight and I found out the Her’s doctor put me on a prescription that is highers my blood pressure. Even though I told them I was on high blood pressure medication. I now have a whole box $400 of pills not even opened that I can’t use.

I understand that our skin has a “purging” period, but I have seen nothing but absolute purging on my end. I’m so disappointed. I have constant, horrible breakouts along my hairline and cheek areas. I have been using it according to the timeline they give you so you can introduce it to your skin gently. I also placed my initial order sometime in March, but noticed the auto renewal is already set for April, even though I signed up for a 2 month supply? Weird, and pretty bummy if they’re trying to pull a fast one with that. Price point is okay. Although Curology has gone insane with their pricing, at least I would receive a moisturizer and cleanser, whereas I only get the prescription with Hers. Maybe I need to stick to it a little longer, but so far, I’m not impressed and quite sad my acne’s only gotten worse.
