Complete bait and switch with this company. I purchased a 12 month subscription of GLP-1 medication. Before completing this purchase, I made sure if I needed to increase my dosage it would be covered in the $2400+. The CS rep stated it would be I just needed to contact them to get my dose upped. When I needed to increase my dose due to a plateau they wanted to charge me another $1300+ so the pharmacy could put me on a higher strength of meds. I work in the medical field and this seemed suspicious. I took my medication to our local compounding pharmacy and they verified NO new meds were needed, I just needed to increase the units of my current prescription. Once I confronted the doctor with this information, they were singing a different tune. I continued using the medication I already had on hand (4.5 vials) and cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I should have received a refund of around $1200 since I only received 6 of my 12 vials of meds. However, they only refunded me as if I signed up for a 6 month membership which raised the cost of the medication. NO I signed up for a 12 month membership, it's not my fault your company wanted to charge me more for a higher dose even after I verified it wouldn't change the cost of meds. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY....HERS IS FOR YOU!!

I cancelled my subscription two weeks ago and quit taking the medicine. The constipation was not going away. I haven’t taken a shot in two weeks. I don’t want any more medicine

No stars! None. This company 2 1/2 months after I downloaded the app decided to charge me $1500 with no email warning, no email confirmation receipt. I just saw it on my Amex. Out of the blue!!! I did not order anything!! This is not ok. I called and the acknowledge it was not ok but would only give me 1/2 my money back. I have never ordered anything or received anything. Horrible Business Practice. I’m going with Ro.com Below they ask for an order number. Ha! I don’t have one!!! There was no order.
