Disjointed
Disjointed answers, having ti explain the issue multiple times even though it is on the same thread. Some responses were apparent the person did not know what medication you were taking or how they work. Bad platform for this type of care.

Extreme shedding
I am experiencing extreme shedding. More than before I started using the product. I read about “dread shed” while using the pill form. But I am using the topical and wonder if this is normal? It is mainly long hair that is falling out but worse than ever. Brushing, showering and just throughout the day - still all over shedding, no spots. Should I continue use?

Throughout the horrible process I have been…
Throughout the process I have been given the incorrect links, provides not being aware of what has been already said, a promise to send a replacement medication that was never sent, and once I brought that up and brought up concerns about the replacement medication, my card was charged when it should not have been. Horrible experience. After saying they updated my treatment channel. I found nothing there. Continually terrible.

All things promised
All things promised, support, order arrival, positive results thus far has made the experience good. Not knowing that the full price of the product would be taken all at once rather than monthly installments was not good at all! Please clarify and make the monthly payment option more obvious.

Loving this product so far
Loving this product so far. Makes my skin feel softer and fine lines are diminishing. It helped take away some scarring from recent skin cancer treatment as well.
