I have express my concern over my 2nd…
I have express my concern over my 2nd shipment of medication & the answer I received was very-let me know blame on FedEx. If my packages keep on getting delayed, I am sure many others are too. Perhaps changing carriers would be a better option. I have also messaged about my dosage & can't get to get a straight answer about it.

Do not trust the "Hers" website
Do not trust the "Hers" website. They have a questionnaire you have to go through to get weight loss and handpick who they choose. It is completely unacceptable. Even if you check the box that you want to lose under 15 lbs they still refuse you. They only select people who are terribly overweight which is completely unacceptable. It is an algorithm they use to choose what individuals they want to accept in their weight loss program. Even if a person feels like they are 10 to 15 or more pounds overweight they should get to choose if they want to pay for this product. An algorithm should not make this choice. I am guessing it's the same for the Hims website. It's a scam don't waste your money. Hers is a rip-off.

I am doing great on the .25 mg
I am doing great on the .25 mg. However, I am very concerned that they just shipped me 1 mg. That is a huge increase. Based on the fact that I barely have an appetite at .25 I would really appreciate it if you would call me and let’s discuss going to .5 instead of such a huge jump. Best number for me today, is 424-339-3108. That is my wife, Carol who is the dietitian and you have my permission to speak to her about me and the dosage that you’re trying to get me to take. Thank you.

I love that I have a care team…
I love that I have a care team available 24/7 to reach with any questions or concerns. I have reached out to the team and got answered back quickly. This is my first month on Hair Blends Solution. Very easy to apply once a day. I am looking forward in seeing the progress on my hair.

First injection guidance should be offered, live with a provider
it would be helpful to do the first injection guiding you through it (via video) as it seems pretty straightforward but I didn't pay close enough attenton and overdosed because i counted each line as 1 unit, not 2. Or providing pre-measured and filled syringes would be ideal.
