I have both products for hair and a GLP1 and it’s been almost a month and the hair product dries my hair out and makes it feel terrible and I am not seeing any appetite suppressant from the GLP1. The app provides you with an all or nothing option for tracking so you’re not really tracking progress.

Rushed care, no support, and locked into a costly plan
I was hopeful when I signed up with HERS, but the experience was a letdown from the start. They charged me close to $300 right away, before I even got to speak with a provider. When I finally did, the "consultation" was less than 2 minutes long — barely any questions asked — and I was prescribed meds without any real discussion about my health history. The meds made me feel awful: headaches, nausea, and no appetite. I reached out to customer service and got nothing but copy-paste replies. No help, no offer to adjust the treatment, and definitely no refund even though I stopped taking the pills after a few days. To make it worse, they locked me into a multi-month subscription with no easy way to cancel. It feels like they just want to take your money and move on. If you're looking for actual care and support, this is not it. I regret trusting them with my health.

No refund policy for faulty product
The supplement I received makes me nauseous every time I take it and hers will not offer a refund for this expense product I cannot use.
