No refunds on products. Impossible to get ahold of a customer service representive
It is impossible to get through at forher.com. I was finally able to get ahold of someone after 2 hours. I tried the serium and it was not a good match. YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND and spending $175.00 it is a heavy fee to find out a product is not going to work. I wanted to exchange it for another product but the only way to do this is waiting for the next three month order AND pay another $175.00. I will call this awful customer and business service.
