Payment amount and schedules for subscriptions (skincare and glp) are dubious. Not straightforward. I am left guessing how much and when my card will be charged. I cannot find a way to see the payment schedule online. Please improve transparency with payment amount and schedule, I will likely not return as a customer if I am unable to access this information.

Communication has been the main reason for this rating. To begin with when I first signed up it took 3 weeks to get me enrolled. I had to contact you asking the status and immediatly I was approved. I am on Week 5 of the meds and just Friday I get a message from you again saying I have been approved and they are preparing my prescription. I hope this doesn't result in another charge, which you will need to reverse. I also feel that AI is answering my messages to you.What ever happened to real people reading and responding? I sent a message about the new prescription and had a couple statements then asked for a phone number. They responded only with the phone number, no reply to my concern of the second approval of application. I have noticed this before when I send more than 1 message only the last one is replyed to

I would put zero stars if that was possible - I have sent several emails because I never received my order; I’ll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau if I don’t have a resolution soon

I was charged for medication that i didnt authorize and have not received

When I told the doctor about my problems with my medications no changes were made. I spent around $460 for these medications and I expected to get more help than that. The doctor told me to just take metformin which is not necessary very beneficial for weight loss. I have not been successful with any weight loss and I think this is a total waste of my time and money. I was dismissed and disappointed in the service.

The providers are wonderful, and the product is AMAZING ! Although my front hairline has not seen a lot of change, my hair has not been as long or this thick since the 1990’s.

Side effects and reaching a plateau where no loss has occurred in several months. Waiting to reach my goal weight.
