I had questions and they answers I received were nothing to do with my questions. They just kept sending me script of their standard information that was already on the website. Each time I had a question, I'd have to ask several times only to have them repeat the unrelated "answers" to questions I didn't ask. Never got a call back when my call would finally go through but could only leave a message. 16 weeks into the program I got medication dosage and instructions for a first time user and apparently they considered the replacement my last prescription fulfilled because I never got another dose after the replacement of the inaccurate one, and no response when I asked to have the final dose sent. I never lost any weight after the 3rd month of medication and never got an answer to my questioning why. I also did not receive any instructions on tapering off medication so I didn't gain any weight back.

I feel like I have made very slow progress. The week I waited for my new meds was when I gained the weight back that I had just lost. Now, I’ve lost it again, but f it l like that could have been avoided. I just started my workout routine today.

I’ve been taking Wecovy pills for 6 weeks. I have spent over $500. I have not lost ANY weight!! I’ve had a headache most days. I’m feeling very frustrated!

The pricing and monthly membership is confusing. I changed my refill date and it still came out way before it was supposed to.

I have no issues with website, medication or communication but my issue is slow results.

It was ok the first 2 months albeit a little pricey and the online/app I did not enjoy using. The third month came around and I got a charge of $120 to my account with no refill on med, they only have automated messaging through their platform to reach out to, so it took days to resolve the issue of what the $120 charge was because that did not include the medication apparently. I had to speak w a provider and it was going to be an additional $199 for the medication. There is no way to cancel through the website or app, I had to google “how to cancel” to get a phone number I had to call. After finally after speaking w an actual person they said the $120 was for the monthly subscription so from here on out the semiglutide would be $320/month ($120 subscription +$199 medication) which is SO much more than any other service, and info about the additional charges for NOTHING is pretty well hidden when you sign up. Each vial I got barely had enough units to get through the 4 weeks. Yea, I’ll be using a different service from here on out, thank you very much.

Hers had bad customer service the agent don’t listen to concern of medication you are trying to get.They are rude don’t let you speak to a manager if you need assistance.
