ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They sent me medicine that I could only take for 20 days and would not refund me for the other 70 days I paid for but COULD NOT use because they decided to send out a full 90 days worth of meds on a brand new medicine. They are a waste of time and don't look out for their customers at all. They didn't even bother to talk to me about what I needed before trying to prescribe me something.

Health Intake Form
At first I didn't feel like the doctor read my questionnaire so I received the wrong medication. After that was straightened out I was sent the correct medication. I don't fee that the dosage is high enough since I've been on the same meds for awhile.

customer no service AI only
Paid 1500. a week ago for glp weightloss product. Status has been in progress with no indication if will be 1 day, 14 days or months before fulfillment. Do not expect any human contact with thiis process. AI is the communicator ...both medical and shipping...and my texted inquiry have not addressed. Answers are all 'soon' or should ve x number of days after prerparation....how long is thar? feel like I paid WAY too much to have no approx date of receiving anything. shpuld have gone to real provider.

Getting started was relatively easy
Getting started was relatively easy. I did my part and the provider contacted me within several hours and I received the medication pretty quickly (minoxidil blend). Now I am just waiting to see if it helps. The only "down side" for me is having to pay for so many months up front in order to achieve the cheapest price. I am retired and living on a fixed income, so it would be nice if something advertised as $35/month really was $35/month instead of paying this larger sum up front and it works out to that. I will certainly have to think about it when it is time to renew.
