The whole process was so easy to go through. I just had to answer some questions and tell a little about my situation, and they matched me up with a program that would work for me. They take allergies into consideration and change things as needed as well. They have doctors on staff as well that can help answer questions. Ive had a few questions and concerns during treatment and each time I've reached out everyone has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it says it could take several hours to get a response, its always been very quick for me. I have to remind myself that these medications are not magic and won't instantly fix my issues. I have to work hard and do my part to be successful. I would definitely recommend using Hers to anyone that doesn't want to go to the doctor and be embarrassed by some of these issues. This is very much a judgment free zone and I love it.

Very helpful customer service and support

I was expecting to have lost more weight by this time. I think adjusting dosage for individuals, not just a set routine, one fits all is working effectively for me

Product arrived on time. Seemed to be some difference in product from vial to vial, and was not related to increasing doses. One vial made me very ill, the next was fine even with an increased dose. Wasn't provided anti nausea medication, just told to buy over the counter when I contacted them.

Not enough direction or follow-up with care. It feels like a free for all. I needed to change dosing two weeks ago- nobody reminded me. And this week I felt ‘funny’ and realized the syringes you sent out are not marked properly for this medication- so I have been taking too much. And- I already received a new shipment and haven’t even started on my second bottle from first. It does not feel ‘ethical’- (expensive) This medication is working- I have lost some weight and feel better- but it could use some medical follow-through with management.

I've had no complaints or complications

I have not really lost much weight since beginning the medication. I feel the ads are very misleading in that they state you can lose up to 10 lbs in your first few weeks. However, they do not mention that it could take up until you begin taking the full dose of the medication to begin losing significant weight or any weight at all which is what i am being told now after 8 weeks of only losing about 2 1/2 lbs total.
