I absolutely love hers and the treatment I am receiving! I sleep better. The food noise is gone. I’m losing weight and I have minimal side effects. I have been on the medication since April 2025 and have lost a total of 31 pounds. The initial set up of my hers account did not have my proper weight as a starting point because my scales were broke.

I was hoping I wasn’t going to need medication as I was off of it for so long. But , I did need it , and Hers physicians are so very helpful, caring, and prompt. Never quit taking your mental health meds . When you are feeling so much better , that means they are working !!!! Thank you , been maybe two weeks , and it’s like night and day difference .

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Hims & Hers regarding my birth control. I have a known sensitivity to different brands — Yaz works well for me, while Loryna has caused acne flare-ups and other side effects. I’ve repeatedly explained this, but my concerns were dismissed with the claim that “the active ingredients are the same,” and I was sent Loryna instead of Yaz. This recent issue over the last two days — combined with previous dismissals and even a subscription cancellation without my consent — has been incredibly frustrating. Brand switches with hormonal contraceptives are not neutral; for someone sensitive like me, each switch can have real physical and emotional consequences. I hope this feedback helps emphasize the importance of listening to patient experiences and providing consistent, safe access to medications.

The experience with the app & care team has been great. I still am feeling a bit queezy/nauseous parts of most days... so I'm not eating much at all. Wish that I didn't feel that way.

I wish that the app would let you know / define what week you are actually on for the injection.

I have been at the same weight for like a month and a half. Others around me are losing while I sit stale. I don’t know if I’m at the right doseage amount and wonder if even 50 is enough? Please assist

I’ve been very impressed not only with my results but mostly with the responsiveness of the providers when I reached out with questions. They were always helpful and gave me more than 1 suggestion for the few questions I had. When I met my goal weight the team gave me options to help maintain and helped me choose what was right for me at that point. I’ve recommended hers to so many people already!!!
