The GLP I'm hoping is great. The administration of it is a nightmare. The syrgine is too long with too many little marks that makes it extremely difficult to understand how much glp should be loaded. Then the mechanics of extracting the formula from the canister into the syrgine is a bit like a mid-level higher math problem. I'm not sure this complicated process is going to do me any good in the long run. I've used a GLP before that was a much simpler process.

The customer service was nice, but the products prescribed to me did nothing. Over the course of 3 months I lost a total of 3 lbs after changing my diet and exercising regularly. Very disappointed in the products and feel like it was a waste of money.

Just had bloodwork done and all my numbers are down. My doctor was thrilled and so am I. I’ve had weight loss problems most of my life. So I was skeptical but when I had my first shot my desire for sweets dropped significantly which I thought would never happen.

The product is working is the main reason for the rating.

I like all the helpful information in the app. I noticed a few negative reviewers mentioning that there wasn’t information/support available, but I think that the app has tons (get it?) of information, you just need to take some time to explore by tapping the different “buttons”. The “Connect with Care” has been very helpful, answering my questions with understanding. I would like to be reminded how much protein I should be eating. Also, I checked out your social media. Instagram is horrible. The “doctors“ look like they are AI generated or at least their mouths are not synced with the information coming out. Come on, that’s not hard to do, unless the images are fake. Very disturbing if I’m to believe that’s a real doctor you are asking me to hear. Okay, one more thing, my sister is on a GLP-1 program (not Hers) and has lost a significant amount of weight. Her skin is so saggy, it looks terrible. That alone kept me from seeking help. Maybe losing the weight slowly has kept my arms looking good, no sagging skin! I am weight training and keeping my skin hydrated. Next, I am going to check out the food delivery. Overall, I am pleased, I have lost almost 10lbs in two months which has helped to improve motivation, movement and mobility.

I like the app and also all of the information given on the app that is very useful. Also, the communication around the prescription is very helpful.

I had bloodwork scheduled and went to push my delivery date back one week. The same button that allows you to adjust the calendar now said "reset fill date." This was a single one click that greyed out any and all changes. I could not undo, or go back. You can't get in touch with tech or app support, so I requested a cancel via messaging immediately. the care team is the only one to talk to and they stopped answering, I assumed they were looking into my problem (spoiler alert, they were not). So instead of letting me adjust the calendar, the app reset my refill and immediately filled my order. When I tried contacting someone again the following business day, I was told it was too late. So here I am with another 5 months of my medication. On top of that, my medication was adjusted due to side effected a month into the regime...and my med kit was not adjusted. For a business that has a tag line where they pride themselves in personal care, I'm just a transaction on the other side of an app and the poor app design and lack of reply cost me quite a bit of money because of course I couldn't return the meds and cannot get a refund.

This compound does not work. I spent a lot of money on this and I did not lose but 10 lbs. I followed all of the instructions. I would not recommend this product.
